On average, Black women in the U.S. are paid 38% less than white men and 21% less than white women. Let’s do our part to change that.

Here are a few ways that you can support the work of Black women

1. Pay Black women. Don’t try to negotiate or ask Black women to work for free. Really. Don’t. Pay full price. Always.
