On average, Black women in the U.S. are paid 38% less than white men and 21% less than white women. Let’s do our part to change that.

Here are a few ways that you can support the work of Black women:

1. Pay Black women. Don’t try to negotiate or ask Black women to work for free. Really. Don’t. Pay full price. Always.
